Is kava a Schedule 1 drug?
I'm curious, is KAVA classified as a Schedule 1 drug? From my understanding, Schedule 1 drugs are those with high potential for abuse and no currently accepted medical use in treatment. So, would that classification apply to kava as well? It's a substance that's used in traditional Pacific Island cultures for ceremonial and medicinal purposes, but I'm unsure about its legal status in other parts of the world.
